The photos were taken while Kate and William were on private holiday last week in France. Kate and William are so mad about this and the royal family plan to take it up with the magazine.
But Piers Morgan thinks Kate has no business taking her top off outside the privacy of her bedroom.

Its crazy that we act like they are above everyone else. Had these been pictures of someone who isnt a celebity, nobody in power would give a damn or do anything to protect those violated. Go outside and expose yourself then expect to be exposed to everyone. You want privacy then stay private.
Seriously guys, Private property in a remote setting, private garden. Or meybe your definition of private is that all women should wear Burkha and Veil (For those ignoremous chaps: it is the big usually black sheet worn by women to cover the body from head to toe including a veil).
If these photos are even authentic... this so called photographer should apply to work in McDonalds somewhere as his photography skills are to put it politely CRAP!!!
